The council promotes a healthier workforce through supportive and innovative programs empowering staff to find balance in their personal and professional lives.
Together they have written the “10 Steps to Reduce Stress.”
10 Steps to Reduce Stress
1. Take deep breaths
2. Move around (aerobic exercise, walk, run, dance, yoga, swim, Tai-chi)
6. Eat regular meals
7. Make healthy food choices (snack wisely!)
8. Sleep 6 to 8 hours a night
9. Soak in a long, luxurious bath
10. Get a massage
