Tomato Chicken Italiano
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 1/2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs
26-ounce jar of tomato sauce
Grated parmesan cheese
1. Place olive oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cover. Cook at medium hear and drain any excess fat remaining in the pan.
2. Add tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer in reduced heat until tender, about 35 to 40 minutes.
3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top when ready to serve.
